The name of the wine, "BIN," comes from the German expression "Ich bin" (I am), and it indicates the age of Ivailo, in the year when the wine was first produced. BIN 42 is a Rubin from the regions of Ivaylovgrad and Plovdiv. Concentrated through rosé bleeding. Controlled fermentation for 14 days. Aging in French oak barrels for 10 months. Available in 0.75 L and 1.5 L Magnum bottles.
