
The grapes for this wine were picked at optimal vegetative ripeness. A low-yield of 300 kg per hectare was applied. Fermentation took place in new French oak at 12°C. Vintage 2006 was awarded a Gold Medal at the MUNDUS VINI Competition in 2007.
