Zar Simeon BIN 40

Zar Simeon Royal Heritage is the first Bulgarian super-brand for red wine, bearing the name of his Majesty Simeon II Saxe-Coburg. In addition he has revolutionized the "packaging" and the marketing of Bulgarian wines abroad. Zar Simeon is the best Bulgarian wine brand in Germany and part of the premium segment. Zar Simeon Royal Heritage 2021 is a blend of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties, which are selected from the estste's own vineyards, in the area of the Goritza village, near the Black Sea coast, on the last southern slopes of the eastern part of Stara planina. Kalina Dyankova, who cares for the vineyard, also crafted the wine itself.

Black C Red

The name of the Black C wine is a clever play on words, with "C" representing Cabernet Sauvignon, the grape variety from which the first Black C wine is made.

The name of the wine, "BIN," comes from the German expression "Ich bin" (I am), and it indicates the age of Ivailo, in the year when the wine was first produced. Vintage 2008 was awarded with Grand trophy for "Best Balkan wine" at the First Balkan International Wine Competition in 2012.

The name of the wine, "BIN," comes from the German expression "Ich bin" (I am), and it indicates the age of Ivailo, in the year when the wine was first produced. Vintage 2002 gained the highest score and "Grand Diploma of Honor" during one of the first tastings of Bulgarian wines by a foreign specialists,among whom is Caroline Gilby MW and Jancis Robinson MW.
