The winemakers carefully selected the best grapes to create a blend that is both sophisticated and mysterious, like a young lady of refined taste. The grapes for Petite Sarah 2021 are entirely sourced from the estate's own vineyards in the Goritsa area, located next to the Black Sea coast. The vineyards are tended to by Evgenia Georgieva, the winemaking process is overseen by Kalina Dyankova.
