The name "BIN" comes from the German expression "Ich bin" (I am) and shows the age of Iwailo in the year in which it was produced for the first time. The grapes for the Santa Sarah BIN 49 2018 come entirely from the estate's own vineyards in the Goritza area, which are tended to by Todor Uzunov, and the wine was created and grown under the care of Kalina Dyankova.
